How it works
The same round every quarter: design, deploy, collect, check, publish. Each step hands its output straight to the next, so nothing gets re-typed and nothing gets lost between tools.
Pick one of 27 templates across health, education, agriculture, WASH, livelihoods, governance and HR — then add, reorder or reword fields in the builder. Sections, required flags, hints, choice lists, skip-friendly ordering and weighted rating questions are all yours to change.
The Hub converts your form to XLSForm, creates the asset on KoboToolbox, deploys it, and turns on open submissions so field staff need no Kobo account. You get the survey link and a printable QR code back immediately — and the link stays stable when you re-deploy, so QR codes already in the field keep working.
Enumerators use KoboCollect offline and sync when they find signal. Not using Kobo for everything? Import a CSV or Excel export, key in paper forms by hand, or bring in ODK and Google Forms data. It all lands in the same table.
Pull submissions into the Hub with one button. Records are matched on submission id and updated in place, so a sync refreshes Kobo data without touching anything you typed in by hand. Your validation rules mark every record valid, warning or error, with the reason attached.
The Hub proposes the charts that fit your form — counts by province, averages by facility type, Likert breakdowns, cross-tabs, word clouds — and you keep the ones you want. Then choose an executive summary, field report, technical review or donor report layout, and export to PDF or Excel with your own logo and colour on it.

Everything between "we need to survey this" and "the report is with the donor" lives in one place — including the parts nobody enjoys.
Write range, required and cross-field rules once. Every record carries a valid / warning / error verdict and the reason behind it, so cleaning is a filter, not an archaeology project.
The Hub reads your form and suggests the analyses that fit it — counts, averages, Likert breakdowns, cross-tabs, distributions by enumerator. Keep the useful ones, drop the rest.
