Interactive — not a video
Run a whole data round, right here
This is the product's core loop, working. Choose a template, fill the form in yourself, deploy it, sync the submissions, then watch the charts and the report assemble from the actual numbers — including yours.
Interactive demo
Step 1 — Start from a template
Four of the 27 templates the product ships with. Each is a real instrument; the demo shows a six-question slice of it so you can get through the loop in a minute.
Pick whichever is closest to your own work — the charts, validation rules and report all change with it.
Step 2 — Fill it in, then put it live
Answer the form as an enumerator would. Your response becomes record number one and is checked against the same validation rules as everything else. Then deploy, and sync the field team's submissions in.
Step 3 — Validation and analysis, computed live
Every figure below is calculated from the records in the table — no pre-rendered images. Go back a step, change an answer and re-submit, and everything here moves.
Hover a flagged row in the table to see its specific reasons.
Step 4 — The report writes itself from your data
The summary sentences, the findings and the recommendations are generated from the aggregates you just produced. In the product this exports as a branded PDF, alongside the Excel workbook of records.
Being straight with you
What is real here, and what is standing in
Genuinely running in this page
- The form, its required fields and its range checks
- Validation rules — including cross-field ones, on your entry too
- Every aggregate, chart and KPI, recomputed as data changes
- The report's numbers and prose, written from those aggregates
- The CSV export — that is a real file, built in your browser
Standing in for the real thing
- The deploy does not call KoboToolbox — no account is involved, and nothing leaves this page
- The QR is decorative here; the product returns a scannable one
- The synced submissions are illustrative sample rows, not anyone's real programme data
- PDF export uses your browser's print dialog; the product generates the branded PDF itself
- Six fields per form, not the full 22–26 — brevity, not a limitation
